Upscale Property: This is the owner’s personal residence, offering unique amenities not found in typical furnished rentals. Guests are expected to treat the property with respect and avoid theft.
Minimum Age Requirement: Guests must be at least 28 years old to book this property.
Safety for Children:
- Inspecting Areas: Check for small items or pills on floors, tables, and countertops to prevent choking hazards.
- Taking Responsibility: Guests are responsible for any harm due to not addressing hazards. The host is not liable for claims from neglect.
- Constant Supervision: Ensure vigilant oversight of minors throughout the stay.
Amenity Fees:
- Baby Crib: Available for a $40 fee. Inform in advance if needed.
- Outdoor Patio Fire Pit: First three logs free, additional logs at $3 each. A $10 cleaning fee applies.
- Dishwasher Use: Leave no more than one load of dishes; additional cleaning fee of $35 for excess dishes.
Damage and Loss: Charges apply for missing items or damages at replacement or repair cost.
Late Check-Out Fee: $30 for every 15 minutes past check-out time.
Recreation Room Access: Rules for opening the Big Doors; combination code provided under suitable climate conditions.
Quiet Hours: From 10pm to 8am, minimize noise on the patio and yard.
Gardening Schedule: Gardeners mow the lawn on Saturdays.
Rental Agreement: Must be signed within 48 hours of booking, or the booking may be canceled.
Supervision of Minors: Guests must supervise minors at all times, especially around the billiards table. Charges apply for any damage.
