Do you use keyless door lock?
Yes! We use a Keyless Self Check-in Front Door Locks, so no key is ever needed and they are programmed to give you access from the start to the end of your stay. The lock will lock you out half an hour after your checkout time.
How many Bedrooms do you have?
This property accommodates up to 9 guests with its 5 beautifully appointed bedrooms.
When is trash pickup?
Trash pickup is Monday morning. Please put trash cans out Sunday night.
Are cleaning supplies provided?
Yes, brooms, dustpans, a vacuum cleaner, and extra trash bags are located in the pantry, under the kitchen sink, and in the hallway coat closet.
What are the quiet hours?
Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Please keep noise down on the patio and yard after 10 pm to avoid disturbing neighbors.
Are laundry facilities available?
Yes, there is an LG washer and dryer. Laundry detergent capsules and OxiClean for white linens are provided.
